  1. Distribution policy for QRead
  2.  
  3. Anyone distributing QRead for any kind of remuneration must 
  4. first contact DS Products at the address below for 
  5. authorization. This authorization will be automatically 
  6. granted to distributors recognized by the ASP as adhering to 
  7. its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such 
  8. distributors may begin offering QRead immediately. DS 
  9. Products must still be advised, however, so that the 
  10. distributor can be kept up to date with the latest version 
  11. of QRead.

  13. In general, distribution of QRead will be authorized 
  14. as long as the total price to the end user of QRead is not 
  15. excessive.  That is, the charge for distribution must not 
  16. be so large compared to the registration fee that users are 
  17. discouraged from registering.  When contacting DS Products 
  18. for authorization, please specify the total price of QRead 
  19. to the end user under your distribution system.
